The University of Texas-Pan American men's golf team concluded their weekend in Kauai, HI in seventh place out of 11 teams at the Kauai Collegiate Cup.

The Broncs finished with a team score of 911 (312-300-299) while Vanderbilt (855), Oklahoma Christian University (883), Gonzaga University (893), Southeastern Louisiana (899), and Old Dominion University (900) rounded off the top-five.

Leading the way for the Broncs was Armen Kirakossian (Portland, OR/Wilson H.S.) who finished with a three-round tally of 227 (73-76-78) tying for 17th overall while Kyle Tudi (Phoenix, AZ/Chaparral H.S.) came tied for 19th place with a 54-hole tally of 228 (81-72-75).

Tied for 21st overall was Shane Pearce (Carrollton, TX/Hebron H.S.) who collected a three-score of 229 (82-77-70) while Jeff Hensley finished tied for 26th place with a 54-hole score of 231 (80-75-76).

A.J. Gonzalez (Edcouch, TX/Edcouch-Elsa H.S.) came in tied for 34th overall with a three-round score of 235 (78-77-80), respectively.

The Broncs will be back in action at the Wyoming Cowboy Classic hosted by University of Wyoming in Scottsdale, AZ on April 8.
